Bruce D. Calfee, Plaintiff-appellant, v. J. D. Terry, Superintendent; R. A. Young, Regionaladministrator; Edward Murray, Director Ofcorrections, Defendants-appellees
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit. - 815 F.2d 74Unpublished Disposition
Submitted Feb. 25, 1987.Decided March 24, 1987
Before CHAPMAN and WILKINS, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.
Bruce D. Calfee, appellant pro se.
Mark R. Davis, Office of the Attorney General, for appellees.
PER CURIAM:
A review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal from its order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. Sec.l983 is without merit. Because the dispositive issues recently have been decided authoritatively, we dispense with oral argument and affirm the judgment below on the reasoning of the district court. Calfee v. Terry, C/A No. 86-152-B (W.D. Va., Nov. 25, 1986).
AFFIRMED.
