United States of America, Plaintiff-appellee, v. Albert W. White, Jr., Defendant-appellant
United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit. - 952 F.2d 398
Submitted Dec. 5, 1991.Decided Jan. 2, 1992
Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, at Florence. (CR-83-316, CR-84-22, CA-86-2406-4, CA-86-2407-4, CA-90-1961-4), Clyde H. Hamilton, District Judge.
Albert W. White, Jr., appellant pro se.
John Steven Simmons, Office of the United States Attorney, Columbia, S.C., for appellee.
D.S.C.
AFFIRMED.
Before DONALD RUSSELL, MURNAGHAN and NIEMEYER, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM:
Albert W. White, Jr. appeals from the district court's order refusing, in accordance with a prefiling review order, to file a document submitted by White. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. White, Nos. CR-83-16, CR-84-22, CA-86-2406-4, CA-86-2407-4, CA-90-1961-4 (D.S.C. July 23, 1991). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED.
